Low income rental opportunities in VRS-owned and operated residences

We do housing differently

At VRS Communities, we believe in building a future of multi-generational housing. A future where individuals can live in the communities they have come to love, without being isolated by age, ability, or family income. That’s why we’re working to develop new housing options throughout BC, with affordable rental pricing in accessible neighbourhoods. All of our buildings are owned and operated by VRS Communities, with the utmost attention to property management and tenant service.
